Huellas en la arena 2. Tracks in the sand 2

This is a picture I took from the tracks on the sand at Sunset Beach, in a beautiful day of winter, many people must have left them, mine must be somewhere here. There´s not a single one that catches our attention, this is the way I´ve seen it, like a deep texture at the seaside, extended to the infinite. The clear ¨white¨ has been added as a reminder of the shells.

Assassination through the mirror. Asesinato a través del espejo

This digital painting is related to a previous one, Grinning Mask in the Mirror. Finally, the man who was wearing the mask was an assassin and his victim´s blood was spread on the mirror. Or reflected on it. The image of the man with the mask is slowly disappearing from the scene.

Grinning mask in the mirror. Máscara sonriente en el espejo

There´s a man wearing an old mask, maybe from Venice. And he is really sinister... I imagine him reflected in a mirror, but he could also be looking at me through a window. The ribbons are part of the carnival.

Flor de liz. Fleur de lis

My abstract version of the Fleur de Lis.

The fleur-de-lis or fleur-de-lys (plural: fleurs-de-lis) is a stylized lily (in French, fleur means flower, and lis means lily) or iris that is used as a decorative design or symbol. It may be "at one and the same time, political, dynastic, artistic, emblematic, and symbolic", especially in heraldry.
